We chose this hotel because it had a suite that would sleep 5 people in one space without having to pay for two rooms. it was a one day get a way for myself, my three sisters and our mom. Our favorite was the the outside firepit. We enjoyed our time sitting and talking around it. The breakfast was good also. The lobby was oh so lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed the sitting areas inside and out.

When we arrived at the hotel the atmosphere was exceptional. Everything was so beautiful. The smell of their air freshener was soothing, something I would love to be able to have in my own home. The employees were extremely happy and friendly. The room was like walking into the perfect place to spend quality time with my husband and grandson.

Very clean, nice amenities and space in the room. Location was great. Good breakfast. we arrived much later than expected due to a flat tire, so we didn’t get to spend much time enjoying the property, but the room & breakfast was great.

The location was easy to find and not far off the interstate. The property matched exactly what I saw online and I very much appreciated that.

Suite lived up to size expectations. Room to move around with two beds and a pull out couch. Staff was very accommodating to the degree they were able, but there just wasn't enough of them.

The room was a nice size and it had very nice amenities (cable, couch, large bathroom, king bed and great lighting.

Though the hotel provided a full breakfast which was one of the key reasons I chose SpringHill Suites, the eggs and sausage especially looked quite disgusting. The sausage appeared to be of the poorest quality and looked like ground dog food shaped into patties(it just looked disgusting) and the eggs appeared to not be actual eggs with yellow thick liquid pooling around the entire pan. I opted to eat at IHOP for my 2 day stay which was an inconvenience. I did notice most people eyed these 2 things and opted for the breads or pastry types and did witness a family come in with breakfast from Waffle House 1 of the 2 days I was there. I did love having coffee throughout the day available and surprisingly the coffee was quite delicious as I am an avid coffee drinker and the hotel actually had my personal like of brand creamer which was awesome! The hostess is a GEM! She deserves to be paid well because the QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE DISPLAYED TO MYSELF AND EVERYONE is a rare find!!
